　　属于“双胞胎”设备，即两台设备共用一个机架。两套独立的机械装置，分别由两套独立的电控系统控制。 该设备主要用来生产结构为1×7的半成品钢帘线（用220工字轮收线），也可用来生产结构为1×5的成品钢帘线（用B40、B60或B80工字轮收线）。

　　摇篮内部可放置6个188工字轮。工字轮呈水平放置在摇篮竖板的两边，每边放3个，机架外部（外放线装置）可放置1个188工字轮。

　　TD2-601 Double Twister belongs to "twins" device,that is, two devices share one frame.Two independent mechanism, are controlled by two sets of electric control system independently.This equipment mainly used to produce 1×7 semifinished steel cord( taken up by 220 spool )，can also used to produce 1×5 finished steel cord( taken up by B40,B60 or B80 spool )There are 6 spools 188 can be placed inside the cradle.The spools are placed horizontally by the side of the cradle,each side 3. Outside the frame(external wire releasing equipment),1 spools,188,can be placed.
